Hello!
I wanted to get the chance to play along with Less Is More this week where the challenge is to use a silhouette and I have just managed to get a card made.
I created a bit of an inky background for the Penny Black die cut bird and added a sentiment from Stamplorations.
I will also link up at Simon's Wednesday Challenge which is Anything Goes.
I can't stay and chat today but hope to be back again soon :)

Crystal Clear
Hello!
Finally I have had the chance to make a card and thought I would share it with you :) I was inspired by this week's cue card at CASology - Clear. I immediately thought of crystal clear which caused me to use my new MFT diamond die:
I die cut the diamond out of silver glitter paper and cut a window out of white card to create my shaker. The sentiment is from Avery Elle and is silver embossed. A few strips of silver glitter tape at the top and bottom of the card add some extra bling!
I hope you like my simple shaker :)
Thanks for stopping by!

A Burst of Colour
Hello!
I am just popping in with a few cards that I made over the Christmas break playing with the colour bursts that I was given as a gift. I used them with a few of my lovely Clarity stencils and was pleased with the vibrant results:
I am just popping in with a few cards that I made over the Christmas break playing with the colour bursts that I was given as a gift. I used them with a few of my lovely Clarity stencils and was pleased with the vibrant results:
This first card features one of Clarity's word chain words embossed in white on black and the second has a sentiment from Stamplorations.
I had held off getting the colour bursts for ages because I thought they would be too messy and unpredictable but they are a lot of fun! Maybe my new year's card making resolution should be to loosen up a little :)
I shall link up at Clarity's Challenge which is Say It With Flowers - I hope the stencil is classed as flowers! I will also play along with Simon's Wednesday Challenge for using my new colour bursts and at Simon's Monday's Challenge which is also Something New. Finally I will also link up at Word Art Wednesday which is Anything Goes.
Thank you for stopping by - I appreciate your visits!

Simple and Neutral
Hello!
A very quick post today with a card that I have made using Altenew's Lacy Scrolls. This subdued card works for Less Is More's current challenge to use neutral tones and CASology's cue card which is Simple:
I simply stamped the lovely images in dark and light grey at the top of the card and attached a strip of grey cardstock. I am hoping not to have to use this card any time soon but it is worth having one prepared.
As these stamps are new to me I shall also link up at Simon's Wednesday Challenge which is Something New.
Sorry it is a quickie - must dash!

Jingle
Hello!
Welcome to my first post of 2016 and I am delighted to be playing along as guest designer at Happy Little Stampers first Christmas Challenge of the year :) Are you ready to get started on your Christmas cards?!
The theme for the challenge is Jingle:
I decided to use a white and gold colour scheme and one of my favourite sentiments from Uniko. The sentiment is embossed in gold and I die cut two bells from Lil Inkers in mirri and white card stock and tied them together with some gold twine. It is a simple, CAS card.
Do head over to the Happy Little Stampers Blog where the DT will have lots more fabulous inspiration to get you started!
