Can you believe that we are half way through the current challenge at Time Out? The challenge is to use stamping on your project with the optional twist of 'apples'.
Here is my card:
I thought of the saying 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away' as the basis for making a get well card!
I white embossed the spotty apple from Clearly Besotted Stamps on to green cardstock and used an Avery Elle die to create the curved corner on the kraft panel. The green apple has been die cut and stacked up 4 or 5 times to give it some dimension, glittered with a bit of WoS and glazed. A sentiment from Paper Smooches and some twine to finish off.
Head over to Time Out to see what fab inspiration the rest of the Design Team have got for you.
The challenge is being sponsored by the fab Avocado Arts!
Thanks for stopping by :)

ReplyDeleteSo sweet...love the pop of patterned paper peaking out.
ReplyDeleteAnother really pretty card, Sarah! Love your sweet little green apple and how you curved the corner of your front panel! So clever of you to create your own DSP for this card, too. and I'm loving this color combo!
ReplyDeleteLovely shiny green apple, Sarah ... the embossing on that wonderful curve is brilliant ... so crisp and perfect! Anita :)
