I hope that your week is going well :) I am just popping in with a fun card that I have made to play along with the current challenge at Less is More where the theme is water.
I have inked up my new Lightbulb Aperture stencil and combined it with my Messy Rainbows stencil to create this card:
I thought that the messy rainbows looked like waves so decided to create a ship in a lightbulb scene! The lovely ship is from Waltzingmouse Stamps (discontinued) and it is combined with a sentiment from Stamplorations. The bulb is inked with Peacock Feathers and Tumbled Glass distress oxides.
I shall also link up at Simon's Monday Challenge where we are using something new. The lightbulb stencil is a new item in my store - www.funkyfossil.co.uk.
Thanks for stopping by :)

OMG ! Another great stencil that it is good to have in our stash ! And I'm totally in awe on how you used it, so clever ! I love your gorgeous marine scene and the sentiment is beautiful too. Fabulous !
ReplyDeleteI spotted you in the gallery so I had to come over for a closer look Sarah. Wowzers! What an incredible piece of art. Your use of the lightbulb was just inspired because it looks just like a falling raindrop and the rainbows really are very wave like. A gorgeous scene and a totally brilliant card. Thanks for popping it in to us at Less is More xx
ReplyDeleteI forgot, thanks so much for sharing and for playing along at Less is more. And I also wanted to tell you that I love your new web store design !
ReplyDeleteNot only do you make wonderful stencils but you know how to use them in unusual ways, Sarah. This design is fabulous!
