We are back again with another introducing post - today we are sharing Uniko's new abstract triangles stencil and birthday wishes sentiment stamp set :)
You know that I love stencils so I was excited to play with the abstract triangles:
I sprinkled colour bursts over the stencil and spritzed with water. I added the lovely happy die from the release to complete the design.
I used a soft colour palette on this card with Spun Sugar, Squeezed Lemonade and Pumice Stone distress oxides. The sentiment is due cut from the base panel and stacked up for added dimension.
This stencil is great to work with either as a background or focal point on your cards. It will be available to buy with the rest of the release from 11 Feb. In the meantime you can enjoy lots more inspiration from the rest of the DT over at the Uniko blog.
Thanks for stopping by,
Sarah x
The stencil queen has done her magic! Fabulous cards, I love the second one, so much! it's so delicate and pretty in those colours.
ReplyDeleteLove both the bright n soft color palette versions :)
ReplyDeleteFabulous little touches on both cards - the angled stamped sentiment on the first and the stacked up sentiment on the second. Love those dreamy pastel shades too!
ReplyDeleteFrom Colour BLASTS in vibrant tones to the luscious delicate tones of the second one! Absolutely FAB on both counts.
ReplyDeleteSuch a contrast between the bold inky card and the soft and subtle blended one. Fab inspiration. :)
ReplyDeleteBoth are great cards, love the pastel one the most!
ReplyDeleteAwesome 'Guy & Girl' cards. You always get perfect results with your colour bursts and the colours are so rich. As I said on IG your pasetl card reminds me of yummy Neoplolitain Ice Cream! Another superb showcase of Uniko, thank you so much. Hugs Bev x
ReplyDeleteWOW! Your brushos really enhance the 'abstract' nature of the stencil; vibrant and fun! And the pastel palette of the second...all the hearts! Two awesome creations!

Two similar but different cards!! Awesome takes! :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome feminine and Masculine presentation, love the ideas!
ReplyDeleteFabulous, Sarah ! Up to now I only thought of Masculine cards with this new stencil but you showcased here with your second card that it perfectly also works for women too ! x
ReplyDeleteFabulous cards Sarah. I love how this stencil design looks great no matter what colours you use xx
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought it was one of your stencils, Sarah. You need to send the first card to the CAS Stencil challenge.
ReplyDeleteGreat pair - one so pastel and delicate and the other bright, bold and daring. Fab! x
ReplyDeleteSuch a great combination of the stencil and the happy die! I love how different these supplies look in different colours! Great cards!
