I am happy to be back again to share some more of the beautiful stamps that Uniko will be releasing on 12 May. Today's stamp sets make striking designs:
I made a circle aperture and inked through it with distress oxides. I splattered it with water to lift some of the colour and then stamped over it with the french background script before stamping the lovely silhouette from Just Because. I have used one of the new block sentiments too. Finally I added some nuvo drops as a finishing touch.
I shall link this up at the CAS challenge over at Happy Little Stampers which is for one layer cards.
Here I have used one of the new stencils that we will be sharing as part of the new release. I simply sprinkled some colour bursts over the stencil and spritzed with water to create the background. Once it was dry, I stamped the silhouette and added the sentiment.
I hope you like my makes from today and enjoy seeing the amazing designs that the rest of the DT have created which you can see over on the Uniko blog.
I shall see you again tomorrow for some more fun with the new release :)

Great combination of products. Especially drawn to the first with the circle background, really suits this stamp perfectly.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful showcases, Sarah! Your sympathy card is soft and delicate; your colour burst stencil and flower, such fun! I stand by my previous 'decree': you are the Queen of Stencils!

Yep those red hot and spicy tones work a treat with any silhouette image and such a classy design using a circle mask. Swooning again at the second one with the gorgeous colour combo and clever take with the stencil. x
ReplyDeleteLove the stencilled card with the Colour Bursts and of course I love the black against the hot spicy background. ;)
ReplyDeleteIt seems that the orange background for this black silhouette flower is a winner combination !....Love the your design with the circle mask. Beautiful pairing too with the new floral stencil and this green is so beautiful ! x
