Uniko Revisit

Hello!

I am popping in today with a few cards made with the stamp set that we are featuring over at Uniko this month.  After a long period of neglect, I have fallen back in love with Beautiful Blooms 1 - the stamps are such a good size and the flowers are gorgeous.

For my first card I used a layout that I often revert to for floral cards:

I white embossed the flowers and leaves - I think they have a lovely engraved look - on some bright cardstock.  The sentiment is made using a combination of Uniko sentiments.

I thought that I would try using the stamps for a more muted, monochromatic look and stamped and inked the leaves in grey on a masked panel with an embossed flower popped on top.

I hope you like what you see and are inspired to get these fab floral stamps out for a play.  The rest of the DT have more great ideas to share with you so head over to Uniko if you haven't hopped along with us.  You can win this set and matching dies if you hop along with us!

Thanks for stopping by,

Sarah x

Your monochrome one is awesome too and I've got something on that line 'up my sleeve' for in a few weeks - will have to send you a sneak peek as I made it last week! Honest!!! LOL! Hugs Sarah x

  22. Stunning cards. I agree the white embossing on the coloured card looks like letterpress. I love your monochromatic card, the design with the blended leaf panel is awesome.
