Anchor

Hello!

I hope you are having a good week :)  Just a quick post from me with a very quick and CAS card that I have made for two of my favourite challenges - Less is More and CASology.

Less is More has a seaside theme this week and CASology's cue card is Under.  I die cut the anchor from a die cut heart and popped it up on some white cardstock.  I decided to put the sentiment on the inside to keep the card as graphic as possible.  The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn:

There isn't much more to explain than that but I really like how it turned out :)  I often struggle to keep my cards CAS and this was no exception - I kept putting enamel dots on and taking them off again!

I hope you like it.  Thanks, as always, for stopping by.

  5. I'm exactly the same with my enamel dots and sequins!! Sometimes (after the off/on approach) I leave it till the next day and look again and usually decide in a second. Sleep does wonders for my brain (when I can get it!!). Your card is CAS perfection and brilliant idea to have sentiment inside, leaves that anchor to be the star.

  16. This is really CAS at its finest, Sarah! I had a chuckle about you putting the dots on and taking them off again. I do the same thing!! In this case, it looks great without them! Thank you for playing in the LIM Challenge!! Hugs, Darnell

  17. So deliciously CAS, Sarah ... love that you left the anchored heart as the unadorned star of the show ... fab that you took the design to the inside! Anita :)
