Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Hello!

I am delighted to be one of the sponsors for the ever popular coffee lovers blog hop :)  Are you looking forward to a caffeine fuelled winter?!

I have 2 cards to share with you using my coffee bean heart stencil:

I went over the stencil with some Imagination Crafts Sparkle Medium - Strawberry Jam and added a cool sentiment from Altenew and some holly dies from Paper Smooches.

I shall link this card up at Simon's Wednesday Challenge where Anything Goes.

I decided to go with some cooler shades and used some blue shimmery texture paste from Izink and another sentiment from Altenew.

I am giving away 3 stencils from my online shop to a participant in the blog hop.

While the hop is live I am also offering 10% off everything in store with the code COFFEE10 so check out the range of stencils and mdf items that I have for sale :)

I hope you enjoy the hop!

Thanks for stopping by,

Golden Stars

Hello!

I hope that your week is going well...it is very wet and chilly here :(

I have a new starburst stencil that I wanted to share with you which I think works well for the current challenge over at Less is More which is to feature metallics on our CAS designs:

I simply went over the stencil with Tonic Gold Nuvo Glitter paste and popped the panel behind a circle aperture to keep the design CAS.  I topped it off with one of my mdf stars to provide a focal point.

I shall also sneak in with a last minute entry to Simon's Wednesday Challenge where All that Glitters is Gold!

You can buy this stencil in my online shop - www.funkyfossil.co.uk

Awesome Birthday

Hello!

Here is another new stencil that I have used to make a simple birthday card :)

I simply inked through the stencil with Picked Raspberry and Blueprint Sketch distress oxides.  The sentiment is by Altenew.  I echoed the hexagons in this geometric design with the die cut hexagon aperture.

I am going to link up at Seize the Birthday where the optional twist is CAS and at Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies Challenge.

I hope you like this stencil which you can find now in my online store:

Thank you for stopping by :)

Geometric Star

Hello!

I have a lovely new stencil in my shop called Geometric Star.  It isn't a specifically festive design but it does work well with christmas projects!  I made this card in traditional green and gold:

I simply gold embossed the pattern and die cut a square from the centre to create an aperture.  The stencilled card is combined with a sentiment from Uniko and a beautiful snowflake die from Waltzingmouse Stamps.

I shall link up at the November Anything Goes with Dies Challenge at Happy Little Stampers and at Simon's Monday Challenge where we are making our own backgrounds.

Here is the stencil design:

I hope you like it.  It is available in my shop now :)

Bear Hugs

Hello!

I hope you are having a good weekend :)  I wanted to share a few cards that I have made with my geometric bear stencil.  I shared a card recently with the bear in white for a festive card but here I have gone with brown and it has a very different look:

I have to admit that I love this card!  I used my sunray stencil with copper embossing paste to create the background and cut out the stencilled bear and popped him on with foam tape for added dimentsion.  I splattered the background and used a sentiment from MFT.  The geometric elements of the bear are enhanced with a bit of pencil shading too.

I shall link up at Simon's Wednesday Challenge where Anything Goes.

This card features the bear on kraft card against an autumnal background created with the Falling Leaves stencil by Clearly Besotted.  The sentiment is from MFT.

I hope you like what I have done with the bear stencil!
