Balloons

Hello!

I hope you have had a great weekend.  I just squeezed in a bit of crafting time around Jack's birthday celebrations!

I wanted to play with my new balloon stamps and dies from Simon Says Stamps - I have had them for a little while but not got round to using them and the current cue card at CASology, Float was the perfect excuse.

I have tried to keep this card as CAS as possible - I thought the single red balloon had real impact.  I have just gone to link up and realised that my card is an exact copy of Kimberley's from the design team - oops, sorry!

However, I couldn't resist stamping lots of overlapping balloons to create this colourful card:

I die cut a balloon out of the centre and decided to make a shaker card to play along with Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday Challenge.  It is also another card that I can join up with Virginia's View #5 Challenge to use die cuts.

I am off to bed - a busy week ahead :)

Thanks for stopping by!

  6. I love both cards. It's easy to see why you would think of the single balloon only to see others did it too. It's just perfectly CAS. The shaker card is so cute. I love how you stamped all the balloons in the background. I think I will by trying that.
